Haikus

little boy flies kite,
lime green alien face
hovers in sky above

*

ESSEX. little boy makes
with his hand a slash
after the first “s”

*

boy spins around
naked black Barbie Man
in his hands

*

almost empty baggage claim-
belt makes me think
how much i miss you

*

you say i sound 4,
the exact number of years
i loved you

*

in the same cup
our two toothbrush heads
kissing each other
